Over the past few days, Russia has targeted the nation's power facilities, leading to power blackouts in multiple areas, a strategy repeated in the lead-up to winter for the previous three winters. At the same time, Ukraine has been target fuel infrastructure deep inside Russia with its domestically developed extended-range unmanned aircraft.
